Working at Wētā alongside Richard Taylor, I’ve had the chance to design and art direct public sculptures like Wellingtons’ Tripod (a tribute to the local screen industry) and Hamilton’s Riff Raff (I have no good photos of that one sorry - ping me if you have one) as well as another illustrative joy of mine, murals. I created ceiling art for the Miramar’s Roxy cinema and more recently a 60 metre long mural for Wētā Workshop: Unleashed in Auckland. 60 metres long by 6 metres high! That's more or less the same as yards if that helps - it’s HUGE! It is the mural that never stops and it's full of little jokes and inside references for those with an attentive eye.
